The tales of those who worked with me...

"Noelle has a very friendly and open personality. She teaches a pleasant physically challenging yoga class and lovingly explains the postures to her students. She is attentive to her students and gives adjustments when needed." - Astrid, group class student and fellow yoga teacher

“Noëlle has a calming presence and a gaze that makes you feel at ease. Her best trait is the ability to laugh at about anything. As a yoga teacher she always tunes in to what you need and skillfully guides you through her sessions. I’m physically getting stronger and always aligned with my feelings when I leave the class. She offers the kind of balance you look for in a yoga teacher.” - Eva, private class student

"Noelle's group Vinyasa class was very nice! I was able to keep up well with a little yoga experience. Noëlle thoroughly explains what she is doing and puts you at ease. As soon as Noëlle starts teaching yoga in the area of Utrecht , I will definitely come back for the Vinyasa classes!" - Francis, group class student

"With little yoga experience, I experienced a good balance between exertion and relaxation during the yoga class! I felt well guided and Noëlle has a very nice and calm voice. The instructions were clear and I wasn't struggling with the yoga poses. The class was very nice and I would definitely recommend it." Anke, group class student

About
Vinyasa Yoga

The origins of Vinyasa Yoga can be traced back to 200 B.C. but is just as relevant today. Simply put, Vinyasa yoga connects postures through breath. You move in a dynamic flow that can be fast or slow, strong or soft. Creating an awareness of your breath during your practice can bring you in a mediative state. Ideal to regenerate after or during a long day of work, and to take care of your physical as well as mental health.
